ICMP defintion?

I see the ICMP traffic defintion with protocol "1", is this normal as the drop list has only 3 choices "Any, TCP, UDP"?

Hi,

You can also enter the IP protocol number in that field as well.

Hello,

Yes, you can define any IP transport protocol, it doesn't have to be the 'normal' 6 and 17  aka TCP and UDP.

It has to be less than protocol 135 though.
