Upgrade CMS to 5.7.1

Hello,

I've tried to upgrade CMS from 5.5.1 to 5.7.1, but it doesn't work : devices and datas (in db) are no more available after the upgrade.

CMS is running on win2k3.

I put the debug.log in attachement.

Does someone have this kind of issue ?

Hello,

In the release notes for CMS5.7.1 we document that when upgrading from a prior version of CMS you must uninstall the previous version and reinstall this newer release.

Again, in the release notes we refer and document to saving the license key and backing up the MySQL database prior to uninstalling for later restore.
