I have an WX20 , I can access it by ssh and web , in top of the interface web I have an error " License expired" , I tried to enter the key license again , the license key is entered successfully but still have the same error "License expired" , I restarted the WX but without result .
Another issue is that I cannot display the configuration nor by web interface, nor by ssh CLI command:
1- By Cli command I have this error:
WX# show config
Cannot open file.please check if it exists.
2- By web interface : ADMIN then DISPLAY CONFIGURATION :
@PN_FILETYPE@ /ata1/cfg/OE51B560.cfg.
I think that the license error is relied to that WX unable to read the configured key.
Any help please to resolve this problem?

I found the solution in " [KB12525]" .
Just modify the Ip address , and click submit , not need to save .

Hi all ,
the problem has been resolved for the first one , but the problem is occured after , and I tried this solution but is not working .
I cannot save config also : failed to save configuration in startup.cfg .

HI Hamid,
What is current status of the problem? What else you tried apart from changing the IP-address. Can you please telnet/ssh/consol to box and get me the output of "show license"

Hi Bhupesh,
WX is not bootable now , but it 's not a license key , because it has a license before ( SN:0020008516 / license key: 4CSU-9MNW-26J4-MME9-9989-9999 ) .
As the WX has a boot problem now ,we will send it to repair .

If the device is still under warranty you can open a case with Juniper to fix this issue.
