Any chance we can get that back?

Hi PerG,
I just checked and am able to access Case Manager via Chrome 17.0 without any problem. Can you give some more detail? If you prefer, you can send details, including a case number if you need to, to my email phorne@juniper.net.

Hi,
Today it is working, with Chrome 17.0.963.79 m.
Yesterday I got only to https://tools.online.juniper.net/cm/ but when I clicked on Open Cases, etc, I was sent to authenticate again (supply user/pass), although I was already logged in. No matter if I used the user/pass that was saved in the browser, or entered it again, was it accepted - I was just sent back to the main page.
With IE it was fine.
Anyway, now it works in Chrome too.
Thanks.

Hi again,
Today Chrome can not get into:
https://developer.juniper.net/content/jdn/en.html
The message says:
Authorization Required
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.
IE works fine.
cheers.

Hello-
I'll look into this with the web team.
Thanks for reporting it!

I just tried. I'm using Chrome and it is working fine for me. Perhaps try clearing your browser cache.

Hi
I had a look in the Chrome 'Developer Tools', and saw there was quite a large request cookie being sent, and then I received the 401. There was also 'no-cache' set.
I deleleted the "cookie and other site data", and on the next attempt, the site loaded.
On another reload, I received 401 again. I cleared cookies again, and now it keeps working.
Possibly not very helpful, but it did appear to be related to cookies.
