Thx Ben, good feedback. We've got a mobile-(friendly?) version of the login page coming shortly so that should improve things a little. I'll see what we can do to accelerate improvements in the UI specifically for iOS/Android. It will be enhancements to the current HTML version vs an app -- at least initially.
For an app, we'd really like something that works across all the support properties (KB, Support pages, Alerts, etc), but we've got some work to do on some of our back-end systems before that would work well.
