Please include GMT offset when posting notices of live events

I've noticed that when announcing live events, like chat and webcasts, they are set in the local time zone for the leader participants which tend to be expressed in USA time zone names.  It would make things easier for the international customers to include the GMT offset for the event so they can convert to their local time zone.
