You're Invited - Live Text Chat Session

Please join us for a live chat session with subject matter experts to answer your questions on Junos Scripting and Automation.

During this live chat, we'll address a number of topics including:

• Junos® automation in a nutshell (hint: a rich portfolio of built-in toolsets that are extremely powerful yet simple to adopt)
• Benefits of applying Junos automation in your networks
• How Junos automation and scripting works
• How and where you can learn more about Junos automation and scripting
• Real-life examples of how customers use Junos automation

Prior to joining the chat session, you may find some of our Junos Day One Booklets on Junos Scripting and Automation very useful. If you have any questions you'd like to submit early, please feel free to send us an email at JuniperNetworks-FederalEvents@juniper.net, and we will be sure to answer your questions during the session.

All attendees will be eligible to receive a Junos for Dummies book

HOW TO ATTEND

Step 1: Make sure you sign-up for J-Net:

1. Make sure you create an account in our J-Net Community 24 hours prior to the event
2. Once you've created an account and receive a confirmation email, log-in to J-Net and create a username and password
3. Now you're ready to chat! Read instructions below on how to join the Junos chat session on 4/29/10

Step 2: Logging into the live chat session:

1. Sign-in to J-Net using your user name and password at http://forums.juniper.net/
2. Scroll down to the "Live Chat" section
3. Click on "Federal Chat"

*Please make sure you sign-in to your J-Net account in order to participate in the session!

*Please note the chat will not open until 10 minutes prior to the live event

PRESENTER BIOS

Rob Jaeger is a Senior Systems Engineering manager at Juniper Networks.   Has was a founding member of the Federal team at Juniper 10 years ago, and is an evangelist of JUNOS automation and SDK.

Curtis Call is a Systems Engineer at Juniper Networks.  He is JNCIE-M #43 and has nine years experience working with JUNOS devices.  He is the author of the first three booklets of the Day One Junos Automation Series: Applying Junos Operations Automation, Applying Junos Event Automation, and Applying Junos Configuration Automation.

Sal Cardali is a Systems Engineer at Juniper Networks.   Has been a member of the Federal team at Juniper for 3 years, and has been employing JUNOS automation from his beginning days at Juniper.
