Dear Friends,
Please help me in resolving the issue facing during implementing inter-vlan routing between vlans configured on two EX4200 switches connected through virtual chasis configuration using vcp.
I have created two vlans i.e. Qatar & Dubai in two switches and created one L-3 interface with an IP 10.19.16.1/20 and then mapped these vlans to that L-3 interface. While commiting the configuration, we are shown by error as below:
root@core-test# commit
error: L3-interface is referenced by at least 2 vlans <dubai> and <default>
error: configuration check-out failed
Also i have attached the config for your consideration.
Please help me in solving the problem.
Regards
Abhi

Hello Abhi,
you cannot have same vlan.0 be in two different VLANs. Each VLAN can only have one l3-interface. IN this case you need to create two different l3-interfaces (vlan units) for each VLAN.
