  • 1.  EX4200 J-web logon errors.

    When I J-web login on an ex4200 I get a "your session has expired error message" immediately after logon. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    This sounds like you browers has cookies turned off entirely.  These are usually set on the privacy tab of your browser options.  You may also be controlling them via add-on software for ad blocking, privacy or security suites.

     

    Can you test from another computer to see if that works normally?

    That did the trick.  I set the tab to accept all cookies and it resolved the issue.  Thanks for the help
