EX4200 connect to cisco VTP

understand that EX 4200 is not supported the VTP.

     user ping to vlan10  [Access port vlan 10]Juniper  [trunk port] ------------------------------------------------>[trunk port] Cisco

                                                                      *create vlan 10,vlan 20                                                                     VTP mode server

                                                                                                                                                                            int vlan10 10.10.10.1/24

                                                                                                                                                                            int vlan 20 20.20.20.1/24

Is that possible that VLAN is manually created on Juniper and configure the uplink port to cisco VTP switch as trunk port. attached is the LAB diagram, will it work ?
