How wrong with this uplink module? Physical link is Down

Used it to be work and show "UP", but do not know why now it shows "Physical link is Down",  We have try change the Fibre connector and also the ports,  Seems not work.  Is the up-link module bad?

    This is a  4G2XG uplink-modle for a EX4200 switch.

Here shows some information.  Who knows can get it work?

Based on your output and the manual page I would say your optic module is bad.  I would try removing and reseating the module just in case that will clear the errors, but this has probably failed.

You show low current and power values and the alarm conditions are on.

    Yes,

For the last two days, We just replace the XFP and the MX80 ports,  yesterday, We finally check and replace a  SFP+ connector and then get the link up. A SFP+ connector is bad before we starting using the 10G port of the ex4200.

    Thank you very much.
