  • 1.  Interface not detected / created when using EX-SFP-1GE-LX on EX4200?

    Hi All,

     

    Currently i already create JTAC case (2013-0821-1225) but as usually feedback from JTAC very slow so that's why i post in this forum.

     

     

    When i try plug in SFP+ the switch is detect the new interfaces such as XE-0/1/0. But when i put the EX-SFP-1GE-LX nothing interfaces created when using command show interace terse

     

     

    Already swap the XFP n reboot the switch. Still same.

     

     

    Appreciate somone feedback

    Hi,

     

    Can you verify whether you are using 2x 10GE SFP+ as a uplink module.

     

    If so, convert it all ports to 1g by the below command

     

    # set chassis fpc 0 pic 1 sfpplus pic-mode 1g
