Output filter problem- Download limiting

Hi I have a problem with rate-limiting on ex series switchies, I use policer with my switch I use input filter for bw limiting but i dont use filter output Switch say "can not be used as policer not supported on egress" What am I do for this? Is there any different way?

Policing is on ingress while Shaping is on egress
