ex3200 10.0S1.1 possible crash

I have setup an interface ranhe on a ex3200-24T with a 4port GE module installed.

interface-range <name> {

   members ge-0/*/*;

}

protocols vstp{

  vlan X{

      interface-range <name> {

        bpdu-block-on-edge;

        no-root-port;

    }

  }

}

the 4 port module is used for uplink.

did a commit and the switch went away, is at a remote site so need to travel to recover.

the local end shows the fibre link is down!!

anybody else seen this type of issue?

since it is at a remote site ,  use  " commit confirmed " next times

Please gather any logs that you can and open a JTAC case.. Posting to a forum won't get the issue resolved unless we notify JTAC..
