    That's a message regarding igmp-snooping.  It means that a listener to the multicast group 239.255.255.250 has stopped reporting interest and was removed from the list.

     

    Basically, you can ignore it unless you are attempting to debug multicast loss.  I know it is no longer logged in 12.1, not sure what specific version it stopped being logged in.
