    Hi,

     

    Do I need to config anything particular to make multicast work in an L2 network when sender and reciever is on different ex2200 switches but on the same VLAN?

    No, that'll "just work". You can enable IGMP snooping if you'd like to avoid flooding the multicast out of all VLAN member ports. See also http://www.juniper.net/techpubs/en_US/junos9.2/topics/example/igmp-ex-series-snooping-configuring.html
