     "request system software rollback"  is used to rollback software

    but where is this previous software image/?

    in which directory I  can find it

    ?

    It is in /var/sw/pkg

    Hi,

     

    Yes I believe so I just read the documentation:

    "A software rollback fails if any required package (or a jbundle package containing the required package) cannot be found in /var/sw/pkg."

    it says in http://www.juniper.net/techpubs/en_US/junos/topics/reference/command-summary/request-system-software-rollback.html

    which file

     

    I tried request system software delete-backup

     

    the files in /var/sw/pkg are same as before

    After you run that command the file is no longer there or was never there is my understanding from the following post:
