Michael you would need the base system - you would also need an accessx600-add-500u license (based on 500 total concurrent, not named users). This gives basic functionality. In addition there are some supplemental licenses for things like Secure Meeting, Patch Remediation, Enhanced Endpoint Security, RDP and ICE. These supplemental licenses are all user count based.
