Junos Release Documentation Consolidated All in One Place.
Have you ever had difficulty looking through multiple release documents to find the information that you need?
When planning network upgrades, do you find yourself searching through different versions of the same documentation just to understand how your new feature will operate?
We hear you.
Recently, I finished a project that needed me to dive into our products and those offered by our competitors. I work in marketing so getting hold of that data and bringing out value from it can sometimes be tricky. So what do I mean by "Pathfinder is your magic potion?” And why did I highlight "your"? After all I don't even know you…at least not yet.
Let me assure you that what I am going to talk about will be VERY relevant to you – a Sales Engineer, Sales Manager, Partner Engineer, or a Marketer just like me. So what is Pathfinder? Imagine that the Internet is a grocery store with plenty of aisles and tons of stuff and your work is your shopping list. Pathfinder is that one aisle where you get to check off everything from your list. You no longer need to go from aisle to aisle looking for each item. You can save both time and frustration! Yes, grocery shopping is very frustrating…I know you know that.Read more...

You asked and we're delivering, again!
The Juniper Information Experience team is excited to share with you the latest improvement in our QoS/CoS information set. We've a created a simple poster you can use to learn about Juniper's QoS solutions or as a general guide when you are configuring QoS/CoS solutions on Junos devices.
You asked, we listened!
The Juniper Information Experience team heard our customers' concerns that our QoS/CoS information set did not provide the real-life guidance you needed to implement this technology in your network. We formed the CoS Content Partnership with our field engineers to dig in and determine how we could improve the QoS/CoS information experience. We’re excited to share the improvements we’ve made thus far.
During my time at Juniper I’ve worked with wide range of customers, partners, and integrators and one common thing that they all feel is trepidation to purchasing and implementing Juniper products and solutions. They believe that they need to be rocket scientists or they're trying to unify gravity and it’s just too hard to do so. This is an all too familiar trend in an industry in which its network and security engineers have become complacent with the de-facto locked-in standard. They have become accustomed to a way of life and a way of thinking in which they think that they are in happy bliss. They are Truman Burbank.
