I tryed to upgrade from Firmware Version: 5.2.0r3.0 to ns5gt.6.2.0r2. As I go to Update and then drop down to ScreenOS/ Keys I select Firmware Update (ScreenOS) and browse the file. Then I hit Apply and I get this Error:
Shared memory size [9437184] is too small for file size [11131651]
What does this mean?
How can I upgrade to the new OS?
Thanks
Rob C

Is there any Doc's that can help me with the Cli commands.
I found this one but it doesn't list the commands out.

Not sure if you still need this or are looking for something else. I am in my office all day today if you need any other assistance.

Never saw that error before. 5.2 is a very old release. One suggestion - upgrade from 5.2x to 5.4 and then try and upgrade to 6.2 - it may just be to big a "jump" though there is nothing in any release notes that I recall about that.

Upgrade to 5.4 and then again to 6.2 worked. Your right it was to big of a Jump... But it work thanks for your help.
