Hi, you can use: scio logview to troubleshoot NSM log viewing problems or delays or why logs are not the same in both places.
If you want you can enable AVT in NSM profiler settings and Enable AVT and push that to the device.
Then you can browse to HTTPS://idp.onyourboxreports.com/reports and login with your admin user credentials.
Please take note that AVT is VERY CPU intensive and interface links WILL flap if the CPU becomes overloaded.
