Q. What is J-Net?
A. J-Net is an interactive peer-based community dedicated to sharing information, resources, best practices, and questions about Juniper products, technologies and solutions. Juniper is dedicated to building a world-class resource for sharing information about networking and security that will help our customers maximize the value of their Juniper investments.

Q. Is registration free?

A. Yes! Please click the register link on the menu bar above to create a new user account.

Q. Why should I register?

A. You will get access to premium content such as Juniper's Day One books available on iPads, iPhones, Kindles, Androids and more. You can post questions and collaborate in the community forums, subscribe to content via RSS, email, and customize your user interface. In addition, there are regular promotional events in the community open only to members.

Q. How do I subscribe to community content via RSS?

A. Please see related post here

Q. I already have a Juniper Single Sign On account, do I need to register again?

A. No, you may log in with your existing Juniper Single Sign On account. Once you log in for the first time, select a J-Net User ID of your choice. If you've previously registered on the old J-Net platform prior to November 2007, your existing login will continue to work on the new platform.

Q. How do I change my user name?

A. If you would like to change your J-Net user name please send an email to J-Net@juniper.net with your current user name and the new name you would like to replace it with. Be sure to perform a user name search in J-Net first to find out if it is already being used by someone else. See screenshot below for user name search instructions.

I am facing one problem and that is , when user conent to Juniper SSL VPN SA2500 there Internet didnt work. I want to give them access to internet from their side nor from intranet. I need help to configure this.

This is Jigar and I am new to this forum, actually in my organisation, I am using Juniper nsm but it is located at distant apart from me, we can have an access of this only through GUI (NSM) access now my question is that if I am having nsm access then is it possible to get CLI (Command line access) through this credentials.

if yes then how, because ssl and telnet is not working for firewall IP from my LAN id.

please suggest,appreciate your feedbacks.

I just joined the forum,

I don't have Juniper equipements in my small network but I want to start stuying Juniper. I'll like to have advice on the way to go forward and also would like to know whether there's any virtual solution I can use for practicing after reading.

Am already CISCO certified and do remain a dummy in JUNIPER :-)

Nice to be part of the community. We dont have much to do with Junos, but have a lot of Netscreens in our environment. Now have an SRX and J4350 for evaluation. I hope to improve my experience with products from Juniper stable by exchange of information in the forum
