JSVA 11.2 disconnects every 2 or 3 hours

Hi Youri,

     We suspect it could be a problem with the Oracle VM version 4.1.4 . Can you please download 4.0.4 and see if you hit the same issue.  

     We use the same version of Oracle VM in our labs and we dont see any problem occuring.

Did you reproduced the problem with v4.1.4?

    I looked at your screenshot, the VM is not hung or suspended if you see the status of the VM it is still running.  Just press Ctrl+Right click you will be able to access the VM window and login and access.  Whne you click outside of the VM the control on the VM window will be disabled, to gain back access you need to press Ctrl+Right click.

      I tried the same on my test environment which is got Windows 2003 with VM 4.1.4 it worked without issues.

Hi Vimala,

I can loging usning the VM window, but communication still lost... I can't access to VM from the outside world except the VM window itself. Very strange issue...

I'll update you on monday if v4.0.4 solved the issue.

Hi Youri,

    You have to wait untill the jboss and the packages are loaded.  It takes about 5minutes to completely load all the packages.  Then login using the URL https://1<ip>:8443/mainui from your   firefox browser. 

     Try with the VM 4.0.4 and if you still face an issue accessing the Space UI do send me the vm.log and server.log located under /var/log/jboss/

Hi Vimala,

VirtualBox 4.0.4 works good without any issues.

I tested it with JSVA 11.3 as well.

It's a rock stable.
