Blank Screen after Software update. [ Edited ]

Hi Guys,

I need some help here please,

I did a firmware update today on my EX 4200-24 F. I installed the following software:

jinstall-ex-9.3R2.8-domestic-signed.tgz

Now when I try to log in over IE or Firefox, I am able to successfully login but cannot see any icons on the screen apart from the top and bottom of the window.

I CAN see:

Dashboard, Configuration, Monitor, Maintain, Troubleshoot, help, about, logout,

I cannot see the images of the Fan, Temperature and other icons in the middle of the screen.

I have tried various browsers; Safari, IE, Firefox.

I have updated my Java and flash to the latest versions, I have the latest version of IE & Firefox.

My colleague has no problems seeing the machine, I however cannot. What do I need to do? I have checked my settings over and over...

I do get the following error message in the bottom left corner of my screen:

A small exclamation mark with the following information when I click on it.

Line: 534

Character: 9

Error: 'qx' is undefined

Code: 0

Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.

I had a similar issue w/an EX3200 and the solution for me was to clear the cache on my browser and then restart the session.
