How to force logout or kill a telnet user in J-series router?

I would to seek expertise on how to force logout / kill a telnet or ssh user on J6350 router (either via CLI or J-web).

The "request system logout" command from operational mode will do this.  I'm unfamiliar with the J-web procedure though.
