Junos Link Aggregation hash result .

Hi ,

according to LAG whitepapers ; link aggregation use layer 2 MAC addresses to do Traffic Load Balancing between the aggregated links <aeX interface members>

each source MAC and destination MAC are combined and used to get the HASH algorithm result > this result is used to choose one of the physical links within the aggregated interface to forward the traffic .

my question is how to get the HASH result , and how can i know which physical interface is used to forward a specific traffic .

Hello Yazan,

 To my knowledge, there isn' a supported CLI command yet that would give you the hash result.
