Problems about ERX 310 Router

hi all, 

 

we have ERX 310   network which serve as PPPoE server .  

but  sometime it freeze. in the pass this was due to many log message, but for now we disable this feature

 

this can be due to lack of CPU ?  because sometime   CPU utilisation  is more than 80%.

Hi,

 

can you please clarify on "freeze"? Does the system crash, CLI hang, no new users can login, forwarding for already loged-in subscribers stops, ...
