On a J-series (J2350) using 9.5R1.8 I used this OID to get CPU information
.1.3.6.1.4.1.2636.3.1.13.1.8.9.1.0.0
After enabling chassis clustering, it no longer works. Nothing under .1.3.6.1.4.1.2636.3.1 works at all, in fact. The mib is browsable here:
http://www.oidview.com/mibs/2636/JUNIPER-MIB.html
And it contains all important info about cpu, memory, and other system information. I spent a few hours going through the mibs:
https://www.juniper.net/techpubs/en_US/junos9.5/in
formation-products/topic-collections/config-guide- network-mgm/juniper-specific-mibs-junos-nm.html
and do not see any alternate mib. SNMP works, I can still poll interfaces, but I will need a way to get cpu/memory information via snmp polling.

I think this should work. At one point jnxOperatingCPU OID was not supported in chassis cluster mode. But that should be supported by 9.5R1. I would recommend opening a case with JTAC and have them investigate this.

Actually I found out that this is supported on SRX. But for J-Series this required an enhancement request. There is already an ER opened for this and is currently under review. So this should be included in a future JUNOS release TBD.

Hi slightly off topic here but does anybody know where to get a full OID list for Junos or how to convert a MIB into an OID?
thanks

Hi,
you could use something like that e.g.:
MIB Importer is able to import SNMPv1 and SNMPv2 MIB files. It is fairly easy to convert a MIB file into an OID library:

Hi,
Do you know if this issue has been fixed? I run 10.1R2 software on a SRX 650 cluster and nothing under 2636.3.1 works.
Thanks for your help
