Service provisioning and automation for cloud

Does Juniper has a service provisioning and automation tool for cloud services? any plans in future or partnering with a 3rd party eg:BMC.

I believe that Juniper has integrated IBM's Tivoli Netcool into Junos Space 

(JNCIA-Junos, JNSS-Advanced Security, JNSS-Advanced Network Infrastructure, JNSS-Network Infrastructure, JNSS-Wireless LAN, Juniper Authorised Design Specialist - Branch, Campus & Data Centre)
