1) Detailed discussion of class-of-service on the Juniper platform(s). More than any other, CoS was the subject that was most difficult to understand when moving from "the other blue box" to Juniper gear. It would also be nice to see something about CoS in a mixed environment of IP and MPLS targted toward service providers.
2) Real-world impacts of running subscription services on SSG and SRX platforms. Things like "AV takes this many resources" would be really helpful.
3) Login Templates and general user management & feature access. Illustrating how to allow users access to specific commands or WebUI features while restricting other features.
