can i do this kind of filtring

Hi All,

 

I am using 2 isp on juniper right now i am using 2nd isp as next-hop-gateway i want to achive these task

 

1. i want that some ip should use 2 nd isp for internet

2.i want that if they go to sites like you tube they should go from first isp

 

is it possible to apply these kind of filtring
