Hii.. I try to load configuration with the command "load merge relative terminal" to our M10 lab router but every time i type the command it's bring me back to main mode with out type ctrl+d... for example: root# load merge relative terminal [Type ^D at a ne[abort]

can you tell me what's the reason of that ? and what i have to do to fix that? note: this is the first time the router boot after upgrade via PCMCIA.
Why are you using relative when you are at the top of the hierarchy? At the top you can just do 'load merge terminal' without relative. You would only use relative when you are loading configs when not at the top of the hierarchy. For instance say you are already in [edit firewall] and you only want to add all the filter related statements. Then you can use relative since you are not at [edit].
