This is a continuance from the SRX graphs I created a while ago from here.
This host template has been tested on several MX, EX, and SRX devices and so far have not seen any issues. I am tracking this in Github so feel free to add/update https://github.com/scline/CactiTemplate_JuniperNetworks
To install:
1) Copy the folder snmp_quiries to <cacti directory>/resources/snmp_queries 2) Import provided template(s) into cacti http://www.cacti.net/downloads/docs/html/template_import.html
Whats Included?
BGP Peer State
Graphs you BGP peer states and displays peer IP's and AS Numbers.
Hardware States
Shows the current device state of FPC (line cards) Routing Engines and Power Supplies from a 1-6 scale. On the graphs it tells you what those numbers represent.
Hardware Temperature
Shows the current device temperature, this pulls Routing Engines, FPC cards and Power Supplies.
Hardware Utalization
Shows the CPU utalization on a 0-100% scale for Routing Engines (controll plane) and FPC cards (forwarding plane).
Spanning Tree Topology Count
Shows the count of topology changes the device has tracked, this information can be pulled in cli via "show spanning-tree bridge brief"
Spanning Tree Topology Time
Is a counter of the last STP convergance in seconds.
Firewall Filter Packets
When you "count" a firewall filter term this shows the number of packets.
Firewall Filter Traffic
When you "count" a firewall filter term this shows thet trafic statistics.
