Hi there, I need some help with an ERX310 router

It seems that there are no images or files located on the flash memory as when the router boots, it does not find a release version or OS image.

I get to a "boot##:" prompt and only have a limited selection of commands

I managed to get the JunoSe 13.2.0 software, but am not sure how to go about getting the files back on to the flash memory. I have only noticed a PC Card of 1GB with this router and am not sure if that is the flash or the removable hard disk.

Thanks I will give it a try

I managed to get a FTP server working and attempted to copy the files to the router.

However, I got an error telling me the router was unable to write the files to the disk.

I did a flash-disk scan command before and everything seemed okay

However, when I try the check-disk command it will fail right away with bad blocks.

last chance might be to format the flash, but it sounds like it's broken/defective.

I re-initialized the flash disk and got the image loaded. Thanks for the help
