Hello, i am looking the way to get some definition of traps for Cpu % Utilization, when that value go up to 80% and stay there for at least 10 or 15 minutes.

I have found this link, but i have tried over the M/T series with Junos 10.4R.5.5 with superuser user but i can't typed it.

The link You supplied is for C-series (SRC) product, not M/T.

It is also spelled out in URL itself.

One thing to note is that You won't be able to define "stay there" interval explicitly although You can play with sampling interval

Other possibility is to augment the RMON with SLAX script to collect consecutive measurements over Your desired "stay there" interval and then, if "stay there" interval is exceeded, send a trap/syslog message.
