Sorry, you are right - this is not supposed to work on EX!!!

    http://kb.juniper.net/InfoCenter/index?page=content&id=KB18262&cat=EX4500&actp=LIST&smlogin=true

You can erase the config by entering configuration mode and then "load factory-default".

You will have to set a root password before it allows to commit. You can delete other files such as logs and rollback configs manually (the directories are given in the end of that KB article).

zeroize command is supported since 11.2 :

    Syntaxrequest system zeroize

Release Information Command introduced in Junos OS Release 11.2 for EX Series switches.

    Hi

I think zeroizing on ex switches didnt work. but it works on j series, srx, ...
If you want just load factory default without erasing rollback configuration and user data.. you should do this:

    http://www.juniper.net/techpubs/en_US/release-independent/junos/topics/task/configuration/ex-series-switch-default-factory-configuration-reverting.html

To erase also configuration, logs, ... you should do it manualy:
    http://kb.juniper.net/InfoCenter/index?page=content&id=KB18262&cat=JUNOS_EX&actp=LIST

If you have ex4200 virtual chassis there may be interresting files also on backup switch or even line cards. Consider deleting fiels from them.

You should break up virtual chassis and then erase each switch separately. But if you want to a access files on virtual chassis members, you could do this:
    http://kb.juniper.net/InfoCenter/index?page=content&id=KB12690&cat=PRODUCT&actp=LIST
