    it is one and the same problem or is it a different problem?

     

    a final official decision? I can make upgrade my Junos now or I must wait new version?

    Hi,

     

    As I understand, those are 2 different CVEs and different vulnerabilities.

    CVE-2016-1409 was only recently discovered and published.  AFAIK, there is no software update fix for this one as of yet but a workaround consisting firewall filters limiting unnecessary/untrusted neighbor discovery is provided in the KB you mentioned.
