    I would like to PCAP transit traffic . monitor traffic interface can see only self traffic

    Use port-mirror to copy transit traffic to Your favourite destination (locally-attached server, or L2circuit to remote analyzer).

    That's working as designed - all Juniper Networks routers with distributed forwarding architecture/separate control and forwarding planes can only write self-originated and locally-terminated trafic (barring a few exceptions like transit packets with IP options) into local file on Routing Engine.
