Junos OS

I am having issues when trying to upgrade my J2350 from 10.0R3.10 to anything higher.

Is there an upgrade path I am not following or is there something I am missing?

I was trying to get the unit from 9.6 which it was on up to 10.4 but it would not work.

I downloaded 10.3 and tried this with the same error.

I downloaded 10.2 and 10.1 and get the same results.

I am getting the same error everytime I try to upgrade.

This is what I am typing:

"Request system software add /var/tmp/junos image.tgz no-validate no-copy unlink reboot"

This is the error I am getting:

"Wrote only 0 of 10240 bytestar: Error exit delayed from previous errorsWARNING: Current configuration not compatible with /var/tmp/junos-jsr-10.0R4.7-domestic.tgz"

Can someone help me out.

I do not have any issues with the SRX or EX machines we have here just this J series.

You are having space issue on your router ...

Just confirm space, and free some swap space to do the task ... as mentioned in following KB Article
