  • 1.  Juniper configuration tool for quotation to ensure every part is selected correctly

    Does juniper has any dynamic configuration tool for quotation to ensure every part is selected correctly? (Like the one that Cisco and HP has)

     

    If yes, is it possible for end customer to use it or it's only available for partner level? (at Cisco and HP it is available for both end customer and partner)

    There is a configuration tool but it is only available to partners.

    Hi,

     

    there are two tools it seems. One called "System Configurator" for M, MX, T at https://www.juniper.net/partners/partner_center/common/selling_tools/product_config.jsp / https://pconfigxnet.juniper.net/partnerConfig/index.aspx and another called "Channel Configurator & Quote Tool" for 

    "enterprise products" (EX, IDP, ISG, J, MX, some M-series, NS 5000, NSM, SA6500, SRX, SSG, SSL VPN, UAC, WX) at https://www.juniper.net/partners/partner_center/common/selling_tools/netformx/solutionbuilder/index.jsp / http://solutionbuilder.juniper.net/

     

    But as said before you may not be able to access these depended on your partner/reseller status.
