The big problem isn't defined interface gr-0/2/0  After failure routing engene !! Routing engene  successfully replaced

You have a GE interface in your 0/2/0 slot. Do you mean ge-0/2/0?

gr- is a GRE (tunnel) interface.

I  create gre tunel  , I create interface gr-0/2/0 unit 1 fam in add 172.24.1.1/30  dut 
I do not see it in interfaces

From your show chassis hardware output I see that you only have GE and FE PICs installed.

To do GRE on M10i, you will need a Tunnel, Adaptive Services or Multiservices PIC.

You can configure GRE, but it will NOT WORK without that piece of hardware.

And because slot 0/2/0 is already occupied by a GE PIC, you will need to install Tunnel/AS/MS

PIC to some other slot...

Привет !!-)) Спасибо большое за ответ , я читал про то что нужен модуль Tunnel PIC но думал что это требование для MX серии ,   видно после того как вышла route engine  вышел из строя и ещё один модуль , просто удалённо я не вижу что вставленно в M10I - спасибо вы поттвердили мои апасения!! Рад был с вами пообщаться .

Glad to help. Yes, M-series (except M7i) needs tunnel module. MX-series does not need it (GRE will work on it after you create a virtual tunnel PIC). M7i has a built-in tunnel PIC.
