Junos OS

Hi, There;

For the platform,the Screen OS and JUNOS are released for the same hardware platform. May advise the following question:

1. difference between these two verstion software ?

2. When migrate each other, for example, between Screen OS to JUNOS, is any technical points should be take care specially ?

3. If migration could be supported, the configuration file could by syned same, means, no any editon for configuraition?

Migration _from_  ScreenOS _to_  JUNOS _without_ hardware change is supported only for SSG product line

And config file has to be completely rewritten.

There is also a converter tool to take your screenos configuration and do a preliminary port to JUNOS.  There are a number of not directly convertable commands that then have to be hand tuned.
