    Hi all, I have a question.

    Can logical-router do routing with real router ?

    and if it can, how can we do that ?

    Hi,

     

    you'll need to have an interface between a logical system and another logical system or router.

    This could be alooped cable with the ends being in different logical systems.

    Or you could use internal loop interfaces (called lt-interfaces), which are described at http://www.juniper.net/techpubs/en_US/junos9.6/information-products/topic-collections/config-guide-services/services-configuring-logical-tunnel-interfaces.html#id-14359583.

    Hi Bruno, I have 2 M10i routers at my disposal and both have a single PIC with 4 ethernet interfaces.  I would like to setup virtual routing to prepare for the JNCIP lab.

     

    Please can you assist me in getting started I am not sure how to interface between the real router and the virtual routers.
