You can see the complete exam objectives here, and they do include a fundamentals of routing protocols. The main topics are knowing the concepts of routing and the differences between using static or dynamic protocols.

Looking at the study materials from the Fast track web site, I see that they cover static routing and OSPF configuration specifically. If you don't already have one, you should sign up for the fast track and get the study guides and free on-line training for Junos there.
