  • 1.  jweb https access fail after 10.2r3.10 upgrade

    J2320 upgraded to 10.2r3.10 and jweb https access no longer works. config is identical to pre-upgrade. the connection shows established but web page does not load. returns 404 error. any ideas?

    Try the following knob if its not there already

     

    set system services web-management https system-generated-certificate

    commit

    I currently have a JTAC case open but Im making no progress. See attached file. Again I would like to stress that the configuration is identical to pre-upgrade. Also keep in mind that this same exists after upgrading an ex3200 and ex4200. Im baffled!!!

    I see you already have that knob in your config. I've suggested to add it because at some point around 10.2 it became required (AFAIK). Did you try the following:

    - commit full

    - delete [system services web-management], commit, re-create it, and commit

    ?

    see attached. not impressed. everyone knows it's best practice to manage network devices on the loopback interface. this is a temporary "work around" until juniper gets this straightened out...
