  • 1.  problem in upgrade to 10.2

    Hi,

     

    i try to upgrade 10.0 junos to junos 10.2 but there is problem to upgrade. i have the space as;

    Hi Shyan ,

     

    Please do the below command then try again :

    > request system storage cleanup

     

    When trying use the below command

    >request system software add ftp://username : password@ x.x.x.x (Ip address of FTP)/filename (in .tgz format)  no-copy unlink

     

    Make sure to have the options : no-copy  & unlink   at the above command , If you  still have the issue after that  please paste all the messages appearing for you till the upgrade fails

    Hi SSHSSH,

     

    when i try to  load juos10.2 in srx 100  from USB, then i get , can't load '/kernel'  and can't load '/kernerl.old.

    then i follow the link http://kb.juniper.net/InfoCenter/index?page=content&id=KB12790&actp=search&viewlocale=en_US&searchid=1290917440943. again i get the same problem, now how  to load or recover the pre installed os.

    Have you followed the steps completely  :  Formatted the Flash , didnot create any folders on the flash ?

     

    If  you did the above & still it didnot work , I think you need to open a case with JTAC

    Thanks for your,efforts.

     

     

    I have solved this case by first the box is  booted from USB, copied from another running box, and then second i take snapshot to internal media.Smiley Very Happy
