No it is not persistent.
And there is no .clirc or .clilogin/.cliprofile file to make it persistent. Please have Your account team to open an Enhancement Request if You absolutely require it.
Presonally I use terminal program which can auto-output commands after each login. I.e. in SecureCRT, this is automated via "Logon Actions":
- receive ">", send "set cli timestamp"
- receive "timestamp set to", send "something else"
- receive "tokenX", send "commandY"
- ad infinitum 🙂
Freeware Putty Connection Manager can do it as well.
