After upgrade, some log fields are blank in NSM

I have about 20 firewalls managed in NSM. Most are SSG20's, but I have one NSRP cluster of SSG550's. I recently upgraded the NSM to 2010.3 (Previously 2010.1). Now when I am in log viewer, the SSG550's logs don't display the Zone(Src or Dst)  & Rule #. The SSG20's log normally.

 

Also, the 550's are the only FW's running ScreenOS 6.2.0R8. The 20's are running 6.2.0R6 or below (R5, R4,or R3). Anybody else with this problem?

Is a known problem, I had it on multiple NSM installations.

 

For the 2010.3 version, you have to install patch 58 or later. You can request the download link from JTAC.

Hello,

We encountered this problem even with a new version of NSM.

So, is this problem finally solved?
