    Hi all,

     

    I cannot change permission from admin to root. Is it the password for admin n root it same? Please see attachment for picture. Appreciate your feedback. Thanks

    I believe "sudu su -" should work.

    Hi samc,

     

     

    cannot use command that u mention....Aprreciate someone feedback. I need this problem to be solved because i need to upgrade the NSM....without root permission i cannot done it.....thanks and hope somone can give a solution.

    I've used it on our NSMXpress, running 2010.

     

    [admin@NSMXpress /]$ sudo su -
    Password:
    [root@NSMXpress ~]#

     

     Is it not working for you?

    thanks for your feedback. After restart nsmxpress then use your command then it solved. thanks again..
