Hi Guys,
Does anyone have facing problem when running NSM UI 2008.1r1 on win XP ?
I face this error a couple month ago. At my laptop now installed NSM 2007.3r2 dan NSM 2008.1r1.
First time i install NSM 2008, i can use it well. But now if i want to running it, appear Java Virtual Machine error. (see attachment)
I have reinstall with newest jre and reinstall NSM 2008, but still not work. Event reinstalling windows.
Any idea guys?

Hi ND,
actually the NSM client uses its own JRE package and not the system one, so this problem is not related with the Java installed on your PC.
I never saw this error before, maybe memory/resource issue?

hmm .. Windows won't have much to do with this Java error. I will suggest you to uninstall NSM and JRE and then go to "C:\Program Files\" and delete
1) "NetScreen-Security Manager" folder.
2) "Java" folder
Then go to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\" and delete"Java" folder if present.
After this, reboot the machine and install NSM and try.
